NCHFA Supportive Housing Development Funds Available
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency has announced the availability of funding for its Supportive Housing Development Program 2015 funding cycle. This program provides interest-free loans to nonprofits and local governments to develop emergency, transitional, and permanent housing for people who are homeless and/or have disabilities.
The application is available on the NCHFA website at www.nchfa.com/Nonprofits/SHDsupportivehousing.aspx.
A Pre-Application Project Description Form must be submitted no later than Friday, February 13, 2015.
The deadline for application submission is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2015.
