VA Announces SSVF NOFA
Funding Opportunity:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has announced the Notice Of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program. The grant funds are available for nonprofit organizations to provide rapid re-housing and prevention services for veterans who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The funding level is three times larger than last year's announcement.
The application deadline for initial and renewal supportive services grants under the SSVF Program is Friday, February 1, 2013, 4 p.m. ET.
