Supportive Housing Development Funding Opportunity
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency is pleased to announce the availability of funding for its Supportive Housing Development Program 2014 funding cycle.
The Supportive Housing Development Program helps nonprofits and local governments develop emergency, transitional, and permanent housing for persons who are homeless and/or have disabilities. The program provides interest-free loans up to $600,000 per development.
The application is available for public comment on the NCHFA website at www.nchfa.com/Nonprofits/SHDsupportivehousing.aspx.
Written comments should be submitted to Mary Reca Todd at mrtodd@nchfa.com. Comments will be accepted until October 31, 2013.
Applicants are invited to attend a free workshop to make comment on and receive technical assistance with the application. Two workshops will be held at the following times and locations:
