Leasing Specialist Position

CASA is a non-profit agency whose mission is to develop and manage affordable housing providing opportunities for successful living in the Triangle region. Our housing is for persons of low wealth; specifically persons who are disabled, homeless, or veterans who currently lack such housing. CASA owns and manages close to 500 apartments in Wake, Durham, and Orange counties.

This is a full-time leasing position that will work from the Raleigh office and requires an individual to work in a fast-paced environment, paired with the ability to work from mobile locations. Property Management experience is a plus (affordable housing in particular: Tax Credit, Supportive Housing, Housing Authority, and/or Public Housing).

A qualified applicant must have a high school diploma and excellent customer service experience. The applicant should be a self-starter who displays strong attention to detail, be organized, and have the ability to work independently and with a small team. This position requires a strong Microsoft Office background as well as experience in property management software. The perfect candidate should have the ability to provide personalized attention to the customer to determine the need and provide a prompt outcome in a courteous manner with appropriate and timely follow up.
