NAEH Webinar: Tips and Tools to Improve Housing and Health Care Integration
On Thursday, November 1 at 3 p.m., the National Alliance to End Homelessness and 100,000 Homes will host "Tips and Tools to Improve Housing/Health Care Integration." This webinar will introduce the basics of health care changes under the Affordable Care Act and explore how communities can respond in order to help the most vulnerable people experiencing homelessness. Speakers will suggest ways to improve service coordination while also improving homeless assistance systems.
