NCFH Webinar: Guidelines for Working with Young Homeless Families
This webinar will provide guidelines for service providers and program administrators working with young homeless families. We will introduce a developmental model for working with homeless families and provide strategies for those addressing the needs of young homeless mothers aged 18-25 and their children. While the model is appropriate for all homeless families, younger families require more intensive supports based on their developmental stages. This webinar will outline ways for providers and administrators to adapt existing program approaches or design new services to meet the needs of young homeless families.
