NC CoC/NCCARE360 Working Session
This is a working session to create a framework for how the NCCARE360 platform will integrate into CoCs in North Carolina. CoC leads are encouraged to attend, and each CoC may designate a small number of other key people to attend. Each CoC is limited to bringing 3 people. The address will be sent to registrants prior to the event. Lunch will be provided. Please email ehren@ncceh.org with any dietary requirements or any other questions.
