Best Practices in Tenancy Support Peer Sharing
In November 2018, The NC BoS CoC hosted two 2-day trainings for case managers and those provide tenancy supports. This training focused on trauma-informed care, harm reduction, peer support, housing first, and motivational interviewing/conversations to enhance direct practice with clients.
As a follow up to this training, NCCEH staff is hosting a Motivational Interviewing Peer Sharing Call. This first call will be exploratory to debrief from the training, discuss skills you've already implemented, and what you want from a peer sharing call!
