Landlord Incentive Pilot Program Orientation
This is an orientation for the four communities participating in the Landlord Incentive Pilot Program. LIPP is a collaboration between NCHFA, the North Carolina Department of Military and Veteran Affairs (NCDMVA), North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), and the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness (NCCEH).
Communities are expected to send 3-4 representatives, including:
- Executive Director or and other leadership from specified agency administering funds
- Staff overseeing program
- CoC contact or representative from the wider community working to ensure collaborative engagement
- Optional community partner.
Each community participant attending needs to register. Please note any dietary restrictions in the comments of the registration.
