NC HMIS Agency Administrator Call-In Meeting

NCCEH will be providing Local System Admin staffing for Balance of State, Wake, Durham and Orange CoCs beginning May 1, 2015. On May 6th, the NCCEH Data Center Team will be holding our first Agency Administrator Call-In for anyone who did not stay for the Balance of State meetings held after MCAH’s statewide trainings the week of April 20.  One representative from each agency should attend the Call-In Meeting - the Agency Administrator (AA) or an end user may represent if the AA is not available.

BEFORE THE CALL, each agency should select an NC HMIS Agency Administrator. This person will be the primary contact for your agency and will provide first response support for end users as well as regularly reviewing data quality reports and keeping up to date on NC HMIS critical news. Every agency should select their Agency Administrator by April 30th.  Agencies should follow this link to the google form to register their Agency Administrator. This form can also be found on our website at ncceh.org/hmis/transition/.
