North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness

Greater Charlotte Affordable Housing Partnership Forum

Members of the Greater Charlotte Affordable Housing Partnership Forum along with Bank of America
cordially invite you to join us in the 1st Annual Greater Charlotte Affordable Housing Partnership Forum.

The landscape of America's economy has changed dramatically over the past 24 months. The real estate market has seen shifts and downturns that very few were prepared to handle. Banking regulations and lender requirements have altered the world of Affordable housing and there is a great need to understand what is required and expected of the buyer, lender, and other parties involved in the sale of an affordable home.  Our mission is to create awareness, establish ways to enhance our partnerships and stimulate opportunities that will provide a healthy support system for the community we serve.

Target Audience will include Non-profit CDCs, Affordable Housing and Counseling Agencies, Lending and Real Estate professionals and other stakeholders.

The agenda will consist of three panel discussions: (1) Non-profit CDCs and affordable housing and counseling agencies; (2) Mortgage brokers and lenders; (3) Realtors/Developers.

Registration is free, but limited to the first 200 people.  Please click here to register.
