State HPRP RFA Now Available

The State published a Request for Applications for the NC Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program on July 8, 2009. The full RFA is available here. In order to apply, applicants must submit an application form and budget worksheet by Friday, August 7, 2009.
