NAEH Summary of CoC Interim Regulations
On August 6, 2012, the National Alliance to End Homelessness published a summary of the interim HEARTH Act regulations for the new Continuum of Care (CoC) program within the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD's) McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Grants program. The interim regulation will go into effect on Thursday, August 30, 2012. The summary highlights key aspects of the new regulations under the HEARTH Act.
