2010 Application Instructions |
This document lists all of the items that applicants are required to complete for the 2010 competition. Some items are due to NCCEH by September 13. The due dates for others will be set after the release of the NOFA. |

The scorecard is used by the Project Review Committee to score each BoS project application. Applications must meet threshold requirements and achieve a minimum score to be considered for funding. |

BoS Participant Form |
Every agency and interested party that participates in Regional Committee or BoS activities must fill out this form. This information is required for the Exhibit 1 portion of the CoC application. |

Regional Committee Project Approval Form |
Regional Committees must review and rank all CoC project applications from their region on this form. The due date will be determined after the 2009 New Project funding is announced by HUD. |

2010 Quarterly Progress Report (word doc) | The QPR must be completed by each program that receives HUD funding through the BoS CoC. Reports are due on a quarterly basis to NCCEH. |

2009 CoC Competition |

| 10.12.09 | 2009 BoS Scorecard - Updated | This scorecard will be used by the Ranking Committee to score projects for the FY09 CoC competition. Potential grantees may use this scorecard to assess how their project proposal may score and make necessary adjustments to proposals to fit with BoS priorities. |
| 10.7.09 | Consolidated Plan Certification | Applicants whose communities have local Consolidated Plans must submit this signed form with their project applications (due October 19). Applicants whose communities are part of the State Consolidated Plan do NOT need to submit this form. |
